I have a cleaning business and have been in business for 11 years now. I agree that you have provide a service that is needed and you also have to pay attention to the positive and negative comments you receive in order to be successful.
I find that my greatest challenge is to take the risk of hiring additional people. I have wonderful clients who not only trust in the service that the obtain but also trust that I will not steal from them. How does one step out of the comfort zone of individual care of clients and step into the unknown of employees who could cost you what you have built?
I am truly interested in listening to your program on April 20th. Thank you for providing it to us.
